[[one year - 28.04.05]]
it has been one year since i conv to a perm.
i have got my flexible benefits last july.
i have got my year-end bonus last dec.
i have got my service increment in april 2005.
i anticipate the performance bonus in june,
and my flexible benefits in july once again.


to think,
i joined as a temp on 30.06.03.
its gonna be my 2 yrs anniversary in stm soon.
tt is a temp plus a perm.


dajiejie just infm me,
tt she was asked to conv to perm today too.
she is given an option of 2 depts.
as a matter of fact,
i infm of the benefits tt she will be gettin.
infact, she will be gettin a $420 flexible benefits in july.
as may well she conv nw,
till she finds a better job after july,
she can req to resign,
just 1 week notice will do.


one word of caution though..
dajiejie, u must curb ur lateness.
